Shipping policy

SHIPPING

All smaller items are shipped via USPS first class mail with tracking. Most times your item(s) will ship the same or next business day, but please allow 1-3 business days after purchase for the item(s) to ship.

Larger items will be shipped USPS Priority mail. Any shipping overages charged, if more than $2, will be refunded to the customer after the order has been fulfilled.

Route is now available!
We all have heard horror stories about USPS when it comes to making insurance claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
With Route, if something happens to your package, making a claim is simple and they can resolve the issue!

Route is automatically added to each order, and costs $0.98 on orders up to $100, and after that is a small percentage of the order total.

Mockingbird Lane Artistries is not responsible for the item(s) after it is picked up by the USPS.
If you choose to DESELECT Route with your purchase and your package is lost, stolen or damaged, there is nothing I will be able to do to help you. Route is in place for ease of mind that you will be taken care of, should something happen to your package.

International Orders: Buyer is responsible for any customs or import fees. Tracking is not always available once the package has left the US; this is something that is out of my control.
