FAQs

HOW DO YOU CREATE YOUR PENDANTS?
Pendants are created the same way as stained glass, layering lead-free silver solder over copper and using a soldering iron. All of the work is done directly onto the stone.

WHAT TYPE OF METAL IS USED?
The eco-friendly lead-free solder that I use consists mostly of tin, contains some pure silver, and copper.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SOLDERED JEWELRY?
When you are not wearing your jewelry, storing it in a plastic bag will help keep the metal bright and shiny. I provide a small polishing cloth with each soldered piece, should you ever need to shine up your jewelry. Buffing gently with these silver polishing cloths works perfectly! Because each piece is made from gemstone, bone, or other natural material, it is best that your jewelry not be worn while showering, bathing, swimming, washing your hands, or doing any type of strenuous activity, as it could damage the piece.

WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR STONES?
I use the highest quality stones that I am able get my hands on going to various gem shows that are somewhat local to my area. I hand select at least 85% of the gemstones used in my designs.

WHAT TYPE OF METAL IS USED TO MAKE YOUR PENDANT CHAINS?
I measure and cut all my own chains for the pendants. All chains are stainless steel.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS? I am unable to accept returns at this time, but please see my shop policies for more details, and contact me if you have any problems with your order.
