All smaller items are shipped via USPS first class mail with tracking. Most times your item(s) will ship the same or next business day, but please allow 1-3 business days after purchase for the item(s) to ship.

Larger items will be shipped USPS Priority mail. Any shipping overages charged, if more than $2, will be refunded to the customer after the order has been fulfilled.

Mockingbird Lane Artistries is not responsible for the item(s) after it is picked up by the USPS. You must contact the shipping company to make an insurance claim for loss of goods.

There is an option for insurance within the shipping selections. If your package was not insured and something happens during transit, there is very little I will be able to do to help.

If you would like expedited shipping, please contact me before placing your order.

International Orders: Buyer is responsible for any customs or import fees. Tracking is not always available once the package has left the US; this is something that is out of my control.

All Mockingbird Lane Artistries Jewelry is handmade, and most pieces are one of a kind. I want each and every customer to be happy with their purchase, but I am unable to accept returns at this time. Please contact me if there is any problem with your order.

Exchanges may be offered on an individual basis, at my discretion. Any additional shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

I am happy to make custom orders for you, giving you the piece you have dreamed of! Here is how it works. I require a 50% non-refundable deposit before the work is started, and the remaining 50% is due before the item(s) ships.

I vend at several different shows throughout the year, and some months are busier than others. I normally have a fast turn (meaning, a few days) around on custom pieces, but please allow 1-2 weeks time for me to create and finish your piece.
Throughout the process, I give progress updates and love working with clients to create their vision.

Disclaimer: Custom orders can be created with stones I already have with a special stone that you provide. Please keep in mind, with the Tiffany Technique the work is done directly onto the stone, and heat can sometimes crack stones. It doesn't happen very often as I am as careful as I can possibly be when creating jewelry, but it is always a risk. Some stones can't take heat as well as others, and I will advise against using certain stones if I believe the heat will be an issue.

Mockingbird Lane Artistries is not responsible if your stone is damaged in the soldering process. With that being said, 95% of the time all is well!!
