The recent months have been some of the most stressful of my life. I lost my best friend, had a few trips to the ER with kidney stones, which turned into surgery for removal. My debit card numbers were stolen, on top of trying to pack up my entire life to move to Michigan, and do several out of town shows at the same time, with constant neck and back issues mainly stress induced.
Moving across the country was difficult, but being taken for thousands of dollars more than originally quoted has been devastating.
I’m in the process of trying to settle here in Michigan, but am pretty much having to start over, with thousands of dollars less than I had planned.
I’ve been unpacking for about a week, and I have no idea when I’ll have my studio set up to start creating again, but I am trying my best to get back to “normal.”
